Tato bakalářská práce popisuje venkovský cestovní ruch, jeho specifické formy, potenciály a bariéry. Mezi zmíněné specifické formy patří například agroturistika či ekoturistika. Potenciály obce pro rozvoj venkovského cestovního ruchu jsou například poloha oblasti či historie oblasti. Častou bariérou proti rozvoji venkovského cestovního ruchu je například špatná dopravní obslužnost či malé či špatné ubytovací a stravovací kapacity. Pro praktickou část práce byla zvolena metoda případové studie, a to studie oblasti kolem obce Doksy -- oblasti Dokeska. This bachelor thesis describes the rural tourism, it's specific form, potentials and barriers. Between changed specific forms belong, for example, agritourism and ecotourism. Potential municipalities for development of rural tourism are the position of the region and the region's history. Poor transport services or small and poor accommodation and dining facilities are the biggest barriers of development of rural tourism. For the practical part of bachelor thesis it was chosen the method of case studies, and study of the area around the village Doksy - Dokeska area.
