Snahou diplomové práce je navrhnout dřevěný objekt, jenž bude vyhovovat potřebám trvalého bydlení dvou dospělých osob. V závislosti na finančních možnostech stavebníka a rostoucích potřeb rodiny lze postupně rozšiřovat zastavěnou plochu domu až na dispoziční a prostorové řešení pro 4 osoby. V rámci práce je porovnána problematika povolování tohoto typu staveb v České republice a Slovenské republice. Výstavba je plánována na vybraném pozemku v Žilině – místní části Budatín, a to pro konkrétního investora. Pro maloplošné dispoziční řešení jsou zpracovány dispoziční varianty rostoucího domu, z nichž je vybrána jedna finální a pro ni je vypracováno technické řešení. The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a wooden building that will meet the needs of permanent housing for two adults. Depending on the financial possibilities of the builder and the growing needs of the family, the built-up area of the house can be gradually expanded to a layout and space solution for 4 people. The work compares the issue of permitting this type of buildings in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Construction is planned on a selected plat in Žilina - the local part of Budatín, for a specific investor. For small-area layout solutions are prepared layout variants of a growing house from which a final one is selected and a technical solution is developed for it.
