Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi ziskovostí bank a vnějšími faktory (HDP, inflace, úroková sazba, míra zdanění, tržní koncentrace) za období 2011–2017 ve Visegrádské čtyřce (Česká republika, Slovensko, Polsko, Maďarsko). Cílem práce je vyhodnotit vztah mezi těmito vnějšími faktory a ziskovostí bank na základě korelační analýzy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny ukazatele ziskovosti a shrnuty faktory ovlivňující ziskovost bank. Dále je popsána struktura bankovních sektorů V4. Praktická část se zabývá zhodnocením vývoje ukazatele ROAA, vnějších faktorů v sektorech V4 a vyhodnocením vztahu. This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between bank profitability and external factors (GDP, inflation, interest rate, tax rate, market concentration) for the period 2011–2017 in the Visegrad Four (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary). The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the relationship between these external factors and the profitability of banks based on correlation analysis. The theoretical part defines the profitability indicators and summarizes the factors influencing the profitability of banks. The structure of the V4 banking sectors is also described. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the development of the ROAA indicator, external factors in the V4 sectors and the evaluation of the relationship.
