Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení nákladů technologických postupů uplatňovaných v rámci integrované a ekologické produkce ve vinohradnictví. Za tímto účelem byly vybrány dva vinohradnické subjekty hospodařící v regionu jižní Moravy, které používají společné mechanizační prostředky a ošetřují stejně velkou plochu vinic, přičemž první z nich využívá zatravnění ob jeden řádek a druhý uplatňuje zatravnění meziřadí s mechanickou kultivací příkmenných pásů. Z rozboru struktury nákladů vyplývá, že vliv technologického postupu je zcela nevýznamný a jediným řešením, jak z dlouhodobého hlediska snížit celkové náklady na plodinu, je neustálé snižování podílu ruční práce u obou variant pěstitelské praxe. The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of costs of technological procedures applied in the framework of integrated and organic production in viticulture. For this purpose, two wine-growing entities operating in the southern Moravia region, which use shared mechanization means and care for the same size of area of vineyards, were selected. The first utilizes grassing on alternating rows, the second on inter-row with mechanical cultivation of trunk-sided belts. An analysis of the cost structure shows that the impact of the technological process is abolutely insignificant and the only way to reduce the total cost of production on a long-term basis is to reduce the share of manual labor for both cultivation practices.
