[cze][eng] Záverečná diplomová práca sa venuje téme obnova areálu Univerzity veterinárskeho lekárstva a farmácie v Košiciach. Práca je rozdelená na časť teoretickú, na ktorú nadväzuje návrhová časť štúdie obnovy univerzitného areálu. Prvým bodom teoretickej časti je rešerš odbornej literatúry. V úvode sú vysvetlené základné pojmy, priblížená tématika o verejných priestoroch, o kritériách kvality, princípoch a východiskách pre návrh verejného priestoru, o aktivitách a živote vo verejnom priestore. Pozornosť sa sústreďuje aj na dopravu vo verejnom priestore a na zeleň ako dôležitú súčasť mestskej krajiny. Ďalším bodom je všeobecné priblíženie tématiky obnovy a revitalizácie mestských priestorov, charakteristika čo je a čím sa vyznačuje obnova, v neposladnom rade aj o ochrane hodnotných urbánných priestoroch. Na záver sa tak vymedzil prístup a východiská pre štúdiu obnovy riešeného územia. V druhej návrhovej časti sa rieši návrh vybraného územia, ktorým je univerzitný areál. V úvode je vypracovaná analytická časť, ktorá zahrňuje kompletné analýzy od širších vzťahov, cez urbanistický a stavebý vývoj územia, rozbor pamiatkových hodnôt územia, dendrologický prieskum a inventarizáciu drevín, dopravné vzťahy, hodnotné vizuálne väzby, infraštruktúru až po výškopis územia. Na základe východísk z teoretickej a analytickej časti boli vymedzené existujúce problémy v území, návrhnutá metodika ochrany a obnovy územia a vypracované zásady pre návrh obnovy. V závere je navrhnutá celková obnova areálu Univerzity veterinárskeho lekárstva a farmácie v Košiciach. Návrh obnovy celého areálu je riešený koncepčne a bližšie sa zameriava na jednotlivé časti riešeného územia. Textová časť návrhu je doplnená grafickou časťou s výkresmi axonometrie, pôdorysmi, rezmi a vizualizáciami modelového územia.Topic of final diploma project is - The restoration of grounds of The University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice. The project is divided in two parts; the first is theoretical part which indicates the second part - design study of the restoration of university grounds. Starting point of theoretical part is specialized literature research. Basic terms, issues of public spaces, activities and life in public space are discussed at the beginning. Focus is on the traffic in public space and the greenery, as very important component of city landscape. Further, the final thesis deals with the general topic of restoration and revitalisation of city spaces, the characteristic of restoration itself and last but not least, the protection of valued urban spaces. Approach and basis to the design of the restoration are set at the end of theoretical part. The second part presents the design solution of chosen area, which is the university ground. Introductory analytic part consists of wider context analysis, urban and building development of addressed area, analysis of heritage values, dendrologic research with trees inventory, traffic situation, valued visual connections, infrastructure and altimetry of the area. Based on the conclusions of theoretical and analytical part - existing problems are defined, methodology of protection and restoration is proposed and principles of restoration design are set. End part of thesis presents final design of the restoration of grounds of The University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice. Design of whole restoration is conceptual and it solves chosen parts of area more deeply. Text is completed with graphic part, which contains axonometric display, ground plans, sections and visualisations of model area.
