Práce se zabývá přístupem výrobních malých a středních rodinných podniků k fak-torům úspěchu (CSF). Na základě literární rešerše domácích, a především zahra-ničních zdrojů bylo vysloveno deset hypotéz, které jsou statisticky testovány. Cí-lem práce byla identifikace rozdílů v přístupu výrobních rodinných malých a středních podniků k faktorům úspěchu a návrh doporučení pro rodinné podniky, jimiž se zabývá hlavní část práce. K dosažení cíle práce byl proveden sběr primár-ních dat mezi českými malými a středními výrobními podniky. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány hlavní výsledky testování, rozdíly v přístupu výrobních malých a středních rodinných podniků k faktorům úspěchu a jsou navržena doporučení pro tyto rodinné podniky. The main focus of the thesis is the approach of industrial family SME’s to critical success factors (CSF). Based on the literary research of home and mainly foreign sources ten hypotheses were formulated and statistically tested. Primary aim of the thesis was identification of differences in approach of industrial family SME’s to critical success factors and proposition of recommendations for family SME’s which are the core parts of the main part of this thesis. To reach the main goal of the thesis primary data collection among Czech industrial SME’s was done. At the end of the thesis core testing results, differences in approach of industrial family SME’s to the critical success factors are presented and several recommendations for these family SME’s are proposed.
