Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí personálního managementu a strategického řízení v neziskovém sektoru. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout personální strategii pro neziskovou organizaci Klára pomáhá z. s., která pomáhá pozůstalým a pečujícím osobám. Teoretická část práce obsahuje teoretický přehled o neziskových organizacích, personálním managementu a personální strategii. Tyto poznatky jsou využity v praktické části, obsahující analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí organizace. Na konci bakalářské práce je navrhnuta personální strategie na základě teoretických poznatků a analýz This bachelor thesis deals with personnel management and strategic management in the nonprofit sector. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to offer a personnel strategy for the non-profit organization Klára pomáhá z. s., who helps survivors and carers. The theoretical part of this thesis contains a theoretical overview of non-profit organizations, personnel management and personnel strategy. The theoretical knowledges are then used in practical part containing an analysis of external and internal factors. At the end of the bachelor thesis there is a personnel strategy plan of the organization based on the analysis and theoretical knowledges.
