Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací gamifikované mobilní aplikace pro platformu Android zaměřenou na onboarding pracovníků. Dále popisuje a přibližuje problematiku návrhu a vývoje Android aplikace a představuje způsoby a nástroje těchto procesů, které splňují požadavky této platformy. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and implementation of gamified mobile application for Android platform focused on employees onboarding. It also describes and approaches the design and implementation of Android applications and introduces the ways and tools of these processes that meet the requirements of this platform.
