Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem škodlivých činitelů v porostech pšenice seté, které způsobují snížení výnosu a kvality zrna. V práci jsou popsány symptomy, biologie, a ochrana, vůči významným virovým, bakteriálním a houbovým patogenům pšenice seté. Práce dále popisuje výskyt škodlivých činitelů, v porostu pšenice ozimé v roce 2020 a 2021, na katastrálních územích obcí Klokočí a Hrabůvka v okrese Přerov. Významnými patogeny v tomto období byly Blumeria graminis a Mycosphaerella gra-minicola, u nichž byl zaznamenán zvýšený výskyt. Dalšími zjištěnými patogeny byly Fusarium spp., Alternaria spp. a Puccinia recondita. This bachelor thesis deals with the occurrence of harmful factors in stands of common wheat, which cause a reduction in yield and grain quality. The bachelor thesis describes the symptoms, biology, and protection against important viral, bacterial, and fungal pathogens of common wheat. The bachelor thesis also describes the occurrence of harmful factors in the winter wheat in 2020 and 2021, in the cadastral areas of Klokočí and Hrabůvka in the district of Přerov. Significant pathogens in this period were Blumeria graminis and Mycosphaerella graminicola, which had an increased incidence. Other pathogens identified were Fusarium spp., Alternaria spp. and Puccinia recondita.
