Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl popsání druhů a postupů rychlení výhonů dormantních ovocných dřevin pro využití ve floristické tvorbě. Dále obsahuje seznámení s vhodným sortimentem. V praktické části byly metody rychlení vyzkoušeny na několika ovocných druzích a použity ve floristických výtvorech. Vše bylo popsáno, zdokumentováno a byla vyhodnocena možnost využití ve floristice. Veškeré použité druhy byly vhodné pro rychlení, nejvhodnějším byl rod Prunus. This bachelor's thesis aims to describe the types and procedures of acceleration shoots of dormant fruit trees for use in floristry. It also includes infomartions about suitable assortment. In the practical part, the acceleration methods were tested on several fruit species and used in floristic creations. Everything was described, documented and was proposed possibility of usage in floristry. All the species used were suitable for acceleration, the genus Prunus being the most suitable.
