Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku struktury produkce selat a jatečných prasat. Hlavním cílem práce je seznámení s významem chovu prasat a současným stavem v ČR. Nejprve se zabývá vývojem chovů a změnou početních stavů. Jsou zmíněné důvody snižování produkce a porovnání chovů v EU. Následně jsou rozpracovány jednotlivé produkční složky. Závěrečná část je věnována charakteristice vybraného podniku a jeho chovu prasat. Dále je rozebrána produkce, technologie provozu jednotlivých stájí, jejich rozdělení a způsob chovu. This Bachelor Thesis deals with structural production and issues of piglets and slaughter pigs. The main goal of this thesis is familiarization with the meaning of pig production, the basis and change of livestock numbers and the current state of production in the Czech Republic. This include the reasons for reduction of production, but also comparison of pig production in the EU. Furthermore, individual production constituent are more elaborated. Conclusion is dedicated to the characteristics of chosen establishment and its production of pigs. Production, technology, its distribution, farming and feeding method used of individual stables is discussed further.
