"Účelem bakalářské práce je finanční a ekonomická analýza společnosti Fosfa, a.s., v období let 2006 - 2009". Část finanční analýzy vychází z účetních výkazů posuzované firmy. Ekonomická nadstavba čerpá z veřejně dostupných údajů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části -- teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, metody a jednotlivé ukazatele ekonomického a finančního rozboru. Praktická část se zabývá společností z hlediska horizontální a vertikální analýzy, analýzy poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů, analýzy pyramidových soustav ukazatelů a predikcí finanční tísně podniku. Součástí poslední části jsou doporučení. "This bachelor dissertation deals with the financial and economical analysis of the company Fosfa, a. s. in the term 2006 -- 2009". One part of the financial analysis results from the financial statement of the weighted company. The economical upgrade draws from the in public accessible items. The dissertation is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical one the basic terms, methods and individual indexes of financial and economical analysis are described. The practical part deals with the company in terms of horizontal and vertical analysis, the analysis of ratio and distance indexes, the analysis of the so called "pyramid scheemed" indexes and prediction of the involvement of the company. In the final part then references are given.
