ABSTRAKT Závěrečná práce s názvem: Druhové složení vegetace železniční tratě ve východních Čechách vyhodnocuje druhové složení a pokryvnost druhů rostlin rostoucích na železničních tratích ve 2 lokalitách ve východních Čechách. Pozorování bylo uskutečněno ve 3 termínech na 3 stanovištích. První lokalitou byla nepoužívaná vlečka, která je součástí vlakového muzea v prostoru vlakového nádraží v Jaroměři. Druhou lokalitou byl úsek používané tratě a jejího náspu u obce Hořice v Podkrkonoší. Pozorování byla uskutečně-na ve 3 termínech a to: 30. května, 30. srpna a 30. listopadu v roce 2019. K vyhodnocení druhového složení a pokryvnosti byla použita metoda fytocenologických snímků. Výsledky vyhodnocení byly statisticky zpracovány analýzami DCA a CCA. Ordinační dia-gram vzniklý z těchto analýz vyjadřuje vztah nalezených druhů rostlin a vybraných stanovišť železnice. Celkově se na obou lokalitách nacházelo 76 různých druhů rostlin. Nejvíce druhů se nalézalo v prvním termínu pozorování na stanovišti nepoužívané vlečky (40). ABSTRACT The final work with the title: The species composition of the vegetation of a railway line in the Eastern Bohemia analyses the species composition and a coverage of plant species growing on the railway lines in two habitats of Eastern Bohemia. Observations have been made on three places according to three schedules. The first habitat was an unused railway siding which is a part of the train museum in the area of the railway station in Jaroměř. The second habitat was a section of a used track and its embankment near a village Hořice in Podkrkonoší. Observations were made according to three schedules: 30 May, 30 August and 30 November 2019. The method of the phytosociological relevé was used to analyse the species composition and the coverage. The results of the evalua-tion were statistically processed by DCA and CCA analyses. The ordination diagram resulting from these analyses expresses the relationship between the found plant species and selected railway locations. In total, there were 76 different plant species in both localities. Most species were found in the first observation period in the unused railway siding.
