Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem současné situace ve vybrané společnosti a následně vypracováním vhodných doporučení pro zavedení postupů age managementu, které bude podnik poté moci aplikovat za účelem vyrovnání se se stárnutím svých zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je tedy vypracování návrhů na zlepšení postupů age managementu ve vybraném podniku. V literárním přehledu jsou popsány základní fakta, pojmy a metody, které jsou následně aplikovány ve vlastní práci. Možná řešení jsou navrhnuta na základě výsledků analýzy vnitřního prostření podniku, způsobu řízení lidských zdrojů a věkové struktury zaměstnanců. Na navrhované postupy řešení má vliv také osobní rozhovor s vedením podniku. This bachelor thesis describes the current situation in selected enterprise and then suggests appropriate recommendations for the establishment of procedures for age management that the business will be able to introduce in order to cope with the aging of their employees. The aim of this thesis is to make suggestions to improve practices of age management in selected company. The theoretical part describes the basic facts, concepts and methods, which are then applied in own part of thesis. Possible solutions are proposed based on the results of internal analysis of the company, process of human resource management and the employee age structure. The proposed resolution procedures also affects personal interview with the company management.
