Diplomová práce pojednává o vyhodnocení spokojenosti uživatelů internetového a mobilního bankovnictví vybraných bank České republiky a Ukrajiny s nabídkou služeb, uživatelským prostředím apod. Práce je rozdělená do čtyř hlavních částí. První teoretická část se zabývá problematikou bankovnictví, podstatou elektronického bankovnictví a vymezením internetového a mobilního bankovnictví. Druhá část je zaměřená na popis použitých metodických postupů při zpracování práce. Třetí část se věnuje představení hlavních rozdílů bankingů vybraných bank, analýzou získaných odpovědí s následným srovnáním názorů respondentů obou bank. Poslední část je zaměřená na diskusi a shrnutí celé práce. The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the satisfaction of internet and mobile banking users of selected banks in the Czech Republic and Ukraine with the offer of services, user environment, etc. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first theoretical part deals with the issue of banking, the essence of electronic banking and the definition of internet and mobile banking. The second part is focused on the description of the methodological procedures used in the processing of the work. The third part is devoted to the presentation of the main banking differences of selected banks, the analysis of the obtained answers with the subsequent comparison of the respondents‘ opinions from two banks. The last part is focused on the discussion and summary of the whole work.
