Práce vystihuje nejdůležitější poznatky odborné literatury ke stanovištím na konstrukcích, jejich typům a limitům. Dále řeší specifika výsadeb vzrůstných dřevin, jejich benefity a komplikace. Přitom se zaměřuje na vlastnosti vhodného sortimentu. Nakonec se také snaží utvořit základní přehled vhodných taxonů dřevin pro definované typy stanovišť. Součástí práce je vlastní výzkum, při kterém jsou hodnoceny dřeviny na 15 zelených střechách v Praze a Brně. Na základě modifikovaného dendrologického průzkumu je vyhodnocen předpoklad délky fungování taxonů v daném prostředí. Výsledky výzkumu jsou porovnány s literaturou, čímž je ověřena vhodnost použití dřevin na zelených střechách. Potvrzena je i možnost využití některých stromů, pro úspěch takové výsadby je ale nutné dodržet několik zásadních předpokladů. Ty jsou uvedeny v práci a usnadňují tak najít pro konkrétní stanoviště taxon s nejlepším předpokladem dlouhodobé funkčnosti. This work captures the most important findings of the literature on habitats on structures, their types and limits. It also addresses the specifics of planting mature woody plants, their benefits and complications. In doing so, it focuses on the characteristics of a suitable range. Finally, it also attempts to form a basic overview of suitable tree taxa for defined habitat types. The thesis includes its own research, during which woody plants on 15 green roofs in Prague and Brno are evaluated. On the basis of a modified dendrological survey, the assumption of the duration of functioning of taxa in the given environment is evaluated. The results of the research are compared with the literature, thus verifying the suitability of the use of woody plant species on green roofs. The possibility of using some of the trees has been confirmed, but there are several essential prerequisites for the success of such planting. These are outlined in the thesis, making it easier to find the taxon with the best chance of long-term functionality for a particular site.
