Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh rekonstrukce rekreační chaty v Pastvinách, a tím vytvoření bydlení pro dvě rodiny s vlastním vchodem. Součástí práce je zakreslení stávajícího stavu a návrh dispozice nové bytové jednotky v podkroví v alternativách. Při návrhu byly respektovány podmínky majitele, platné normy a předpisy. Byl proveden průzkum objektu a vytvořena fotodokumentace stávajícího stavu. U skladeb konstrukcí obvodového pláště je vypočten součinitel prostupu tepla ,,U". V příloze je výkresová dokumentace vybrané varianty s technickým popisem, která muže sloužit jako podklad k výstavbě domu. The aim of this thesis is the design of the reconstruction of holiday cottage in Pastviny recreation area to create housing for two families with private entrance. The work includes mapping of the current state and design of new housing unit in the attic with alternatives. During design process there were respected owner's conditions, regulations and standards in force. There was conducted a survey of the object and took its photographs. There was calculated "U" heat transfer coefficient. You can find blueprints with technical description of the chosen variant in the attachment which could be used as a basis of house building.
