Bakalářská práce na téma „Analýza trhu s vybranými zemědělskými komoditami“ se věnuje problematice dvou významných komodit – pšenice a ječmene. Práce je rozdělena na dvě částí, přičemž literární část je zaměřena na význam pšenice a ječmene a jejich postavení v rámci ostatních obilovin, jejich produkci ve světě, Evropské unii a České republice a také na užitkové směry, kdy zejména v potravinářství a sladovnictví jsou tyto obiloviny klíčovými surovinami. V analytické části je rozebírána problematika spojená s obchodováním těchto komodit, vývojem a kolísáním cen, úrovní importu a exportu a soběstačností, která se pak projevuje v celkové obchodní bilanci České republiky. The bachelor's thesis with the topic "Market analysis of selected agricultural commodities" deals with the issue of two major commodities – wheat and barley. The work is divided into two parts, the literary part is focused on the importance of wheat and barley and their position among other cereals, their production in the world, the European Union and the Czech Republic, as well as utility trends, especially in food industry and malting where these cereals are the main raw materials. The analytical part discusses the issues associated with trading in these commodities, the development and fluctuations of prices, levels of imports and exports and self-sufficiency, which is then expressed in the overall trade balance of the Czech Republic.
