Práce se zabývá specifiky řízení lidských zdrojů v nevládních neziskových organizacích. Teoretická část zahrnuje hlavní pojmy a souvislosti v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a neziskových organizací. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky provedeného kvantitativního výzkumu a testování předem stanovených hypotéz. Na závěr jsou shrnuta zjištěná specifika a formulována doporučení pro zlepšení úrovně řízení lidských zdrojů v tomto typu organizace. This diploma thesis deals with the question of the specifics of human resource management in non-governmental non-profit organizations. The theoretical part contains basic definitions and connections between human resource management and non-profit organizations. The practical part describes the results of quantitative research and statistical hypothesis testing. The conclusions are summarise specifics findings and formulate recommendations for improvement in the standard of human resource management in this type of organization.
