Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem modulární dřevostavby na konkrétním pozemku v Hustopečích u Brna. Modulární dřevostavba bude přistavena ke stávající stavbě souseda, tím vznikne dvojdům. Dvojdům bude navazovat na stávající řadovou výstavbu realizovanou v první etapě. V diplomové práci jsou navrženy čtyři dispoziční varianty, které jsou zhodnoceny a je vybrána ta nejvíce vyhovující. Praktická část zahrnuje návrh skladeb konstrukcí, včetně tepelně technického posouzení, postupu kompletace a montáže. Výstupem závěrečné práce je technický popis, vizualizace, projektová a výrobní dokumentace. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a modular wooden building on a specific plot in Hustopeče u Brna. The modular wooden building will be added to the existing building of the neighbor, thus creating a semi-detached house. The semi-detached house will build on the existing terraced buildings carried out in the first stage. In the diploma thesis are proposed four dispositional variants, which are evaluated and the most suitable one is selected. The practical part includes the design of structural structures, including thermal engineering assessment, assembly and installation procedure. The output of the final work is a technical description, visualization, project and production blueprints.
