Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětské práce a jejich nejhorších forem v Indii a Bangladéši. Vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se dětské práce, stručně uvádí druhy dětské práce a její možné příčiny. Cílem práce je komparace zkoumaných států a jejich oficiálního přístupu k dětské práci od roku 2010 po současnost. Zkoumána je nově přijatá legislativní úprava Indie a Bangladéše týkající se dětské práce a její skutečná realizace ze strany státu. V závěru práce je shrnut přístup obou zkoumaných států. Práce je případovou kvalitativní studií. The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of child labor and their worst forms in India and Bangladesh. It defines the key concepts related to child labor, briefly defines types of child labor and its possible causes. The aim of the work is to compare the two countries and their official approach to child labor from 2010 to the present. The recently adopted legislation of India and Bangladesh concerning child labor and its actual enforcement by the state is examined. At the end of the thesis, the approach of both examined states is summarized. This work is a case qualitative study.
