HUŇOROVÁ, J. Faktory ovlivňující cenu nemovitostí v Bratislavě. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, jaké jsou hlavní determinanty úrovně cen nemovitostí v Bratislavském kraji, a to jak na straně poptávky, tak na straně nabídky. Dále také zkoumá, jak mohou tyto determinanty ovlivnit vývoj cen a bratislavského trhu s nemovitostmi v budoucnu. Výsledky byly získány pomocí vícerozměrné regresní analýzy časových řad a ukázaly významnost vlivu nezaměstnanosti v obou modelech, stejně jako významnost vlivu počtu volných a prodaných bytů nebo výše mezd v jednotlivých odhadech. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou v závěrečné části formulovány rady a doporučení pro podniky působící na tomto trhu. HUŇOROVÁ, J. Factors influencing the price of real estate in Bratislava. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. This bachelor thesis examines what the main determinants of the level of real estate prices in the Bratislava region are, both on the demand and supply side. In addition, it also examines how these deter-minants may affect the development of prices and the Bratislava real estate market in the future. The results were obtained using multivariate time series regression analysis and showed the significance of the impact of unemployment in both models and the significance of the impact of the number of vacant and sold apartments or the level of wages or the level of interest rate in the individual estimates. Based on these results, the last section formulates advice and recommendations for firms op-erating in this market.
