Pavelcová, K. Výběr z investičních variant při rozhodování podnikatele o pořízení stavebního stroje. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením a výběrem jedné z investičních variant stavebních strojů, jejichž pořízení zvažuje pro účely svého podnikání fyzická osoba provozující živnost. Součástí práce je finanční analýza podniku. Dalšími kroky jsou výpočet diskontní míry podniku a odhad peněžních toků z alternativních investic. Poté je hodnocena ekonomická efektivnost investičních variant nepeněžními kritérii a dynamickými metodami, konkrétně čistou současnou hodnotou, indexem ziskovosti, vnitřním výnosovým procentem a diskontovanou dobou návratnosti. V závěru je na základě srovnání metod doporučena k realizaci efektivnější alternativa a zhodnocen dopad investice na podnik. Pavelcová, K. The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation and selection of one of the investment variants of construction machinery, the acquisition of which is considered for the purposes of their business by a natural person operating a trade. Part of the work is a financial analysis of the company. The next steps are calculating the company's discount rate and estimating cash flows from alternative investments. Then, the economic efficiency of investment options is evaluated by non-monetary criteria and dynamic methods, namely net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return and discounted payback period. Finally, based on a comparison of methods, a more effective alternative is recommended for implementation and the impact of the investment on the company is evaluated.
