Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je návrh dřevostavby rodinného domu bez podsklepení určené pro trvalé bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Stavba je navržena jako typová bez konkrétního investora. Při umístění objektu na pozemek je respektována nejen orientace místností ke světovým stranám, ale jsou zohledněny i minimální odstupové vzdálenosti a optimální zastavěnost pozemku. Vypracované studie dispozic odlišných půdorysných tvarů se srovnatelnou zastavěnou plochou umožní provést výběr nejvhodnější varianty, která je dále rozvedena do výkresové části. Prostorové řešení domu ovlivňuje existence či umístění garáže jak v objektu nebo mimo něj i navržené předsazené konstrukce zastřešení. Práce je doplněna popisem stavebně konstrukčního řešení s uvedením orientační ceny výstavby. The main topic of this bachelor's thesis is to design a wooden family house without a basement, designed for permanent living for a family of four. The building is designed as a pre-designed house without a specific investor. When placing the building on the plot, not only the orientation of the rooms to the cardinal direction is respected, but also the minimum distances and the optimal built-up area of the plot are taken into account. The elaborated studies of the dispositions of different floor plan shapes with a comparable built-up area will enable the selection of the most suitable option, which is further elaborated in the drawing part. The spatial solution of the house affects the existence or location of the garage both inside and outside the building and the proposed overhanging roof structure. The work is supplemented by a description of the building design solution with an indicative price of construction.
