Kotorík M., Návrh vhodných doporučení pro společnost KAMIKO – HYGIENE s.r.o. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh vhodných doporučení pro společnost KAMIKO – HYGIENE s cílem zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti. V teoretické části jsou s využitím odborné literatury popsány všechny pojmy a jednotlivé analýzy, využity při zpracování praktické části. Praktická část sestává z analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy a návrhu vhodných doporučení. V práci jsou použity metody jako PESTE analýza, Porterův model 5 konkurenčních sil, Princip klíčových faktorů a marketingový mix 4P. Na základě výsledků z těchto analýz byla pak sestavena SWOT analýza a matice priorit. S využitím SWOT analýzy a matice priorit byla následně sestavena jednotlivá doporučení. Nejvhodnější doporučení bylo na konci práce finančně a časově zpracováno. Kotorík M., Proposal of suitable recommendations for the company KAMIKO - HYGIENE s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of appropriate recommenda-tions for the company KAMIKO - HYGIENE in order to increase its competitive-ness. In the theoretical part, all terms and individual analyzes used in the pro-cessing of the practical part are described with the use of professional literature. The practical part consists of analyzes of the internal and external environment of the company and the design of suitable recommendations. The work uses meth-ods such as PESTE analysis, Porter's model of 5 competitive forces, the Principle of Key Factors and the 4P marketing mix. Based on the results of these analyzes, a SWOT analysis and a matrix of priorities were then compiled. Using SWOT analy-sis and a matrix of priorities, individual recommendations were subsequently compiled. The most suitable recommendation was processed financially and in time at the end of the work.
