Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku společenské odpovědnosti firem. Literární rešerše popisuje historii i současnost konceptu CSR, jednotlivé oblasti, znaky, výhody i kritiku konceptu. Ve vlastní práci byl analyzován nynější stav společensky odpovědných aktivit akciové společnosti a vyhledány slabá místa, následně navrhnut doporučený rozvoj konceptu CSR včetně přibližné kalkulace nákladů spojených s návrhem. Bachelor thesis examines the issues of corporate social responsibility. The literary research describes the history and the present of CSR concept, its individual areas, features, advantages and its criticism. The thesis also analyzes the current status of the social responsible activities of the stock company. It further includes an identification of problematic areas. Based on this, the thesis gives a recommendation on how to further develop the concept of CSR including approximate calculations of costs associated with the suggestion.
