Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření s majetkem obce Stará Turá. Hodnocení probíhá na základě získaných informací a dat o stavu hospodaření v obci. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní části. První část, teoretická, obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů spojených s tématem a současně popisuje profil obce. Druhá část se věnuje zhodnocení hospodaření s majetkem na základě získaných informací. Poslední část se zabývá konkrétním návrhu doporučení na zlepšení hospodaření s majetkem obce Stará Turá v dalších obdobích. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of Stará Turá property management. The evaluation is based on the information and data on the state of management in the municipality. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part - theoretical, contains a definition of basic concepts related to the topic. It also describes the profile of the municipal. The second part deals with the evaluation of property management based on the information obtained. The last part deals with a specific draft recommendation to improve the management of the property of the municipality of Stará Turá in the following periods.
