Trávníček, V. European Companies - Process of Establishment and Their Place in the Economy of the EU Member States. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This thesis deals with the process of establishment of European Companies and describes their place in the economy of the European Union. This thesis provides information about history and implementation, legislation, types of founding, organisational structure, transfer of seat, employee involvement and reasons for creating Societas Europaea. Analysation and comparison of data regarding the SE. This thesis also contains part regarded to the SEs in the Czech Republic. In discussion, there is focus on advantages and reasons for creation of SEs. At the end findings of this theses are presented and recommendations for entrepreneurs are given. Trávníček, V. Tato práce se zabývá procesem založení Evropské Společnosti and popisuje její místo v ekonomice Evropské unie. Tato práce poskytuje informace o historii a implementaci, legislativě, způsobech založení, organizační struktuře, přesunu sídla, zahrnutí zaměstanců a důvodech pro založení Societas Europaea. Analýza a porovnání dat týkajících se SE. V této práci je take část zaměřená na SE v České republice. V diskuzi je zaměření na výhody a důvody pro založení SE. Na konci jsou prezentovány výsledky této práce a dána doporučení pro podnikatele.
