Diplomová práce se zabývá důchodovými systémy zemí Visegrádské skupiny. Kapitola literární rešerše seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou důchodových systémů a důchodových reforem. V další části práce je provedena komparace důchodových systémů zemí Visegrádské skupiny a na jejím základě jsou identifikovány významné rozdíly těchto důchodových systémů. V práci jsou analyzovány možné scénáře dalšího průběhu důchodové reformy v České republice včetně jejich výhod a dopadů. The thesis deals with the pension schemes of the countries of the Visegrad Group. Literature review chapter introduces the reader to the issue of pension systems and pension reforms. The next section is a comparison of pension systems in the countries of the Visegrad Group and as a basis to identify significant differences in these schemes. The thesis analyzed the possible scenarios of further progress of the pension reform in the Czech Republic, including their benefits and impacts.
