Abstrakt ALEKSANDAR MASNIKOSA. Návrh interiéru studentské kavárny. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020. Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh interiéru studentské kavárny. V první části je řešen vývoj a problematika kaváren. Dále výčet kritérií a obecný požadavků, které musí kavárna splňovat. Část druhá je započata výčtem vstupních údajů kavárny a požadavků majitele a dále na ní navázána rešerše kavárenských interiérů v Brně. Poté je práce zaměřena na samotný návrh interiéru, který je situován do prostoru již stávající kavárny KOFFEIN. Je zde řešen kompletní design interiéru a atypického nábytkového prvku. Je přidána cenová kalkulace veškerých prvků v návrhu. Výsledný interiér je znázorněn za pomoci vizualizací. V neposlední řadě je zhodnocení návrhu z pohledu personálu kavárny KOFFEIN. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2020. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design the interior of a student´s cafe. The first part deals with the development and issues of cafes. Furthermore, a list of criteria and general requirements that the cafe must meet. The second part begins with a list of input data of the cafe and the requirements from the owner, and then it is followed by a research of cafe interiors in Brno. After that thesis is focused on the interior design itself, which is located in the space of the existing cafe KOFFEIN. The complete interior design and atypical furniture element are solved here. A price calculation for all elements in the design is added. The resulting interior is shown with the help of visualizations.
