Diplomová práce na téma „Energetické úspory při chlazení mléka použitím předchladičů“ se zabývá problematikou předchladičů a jejich využití při chlazení mléka a s tím spojené energetické úspory. Teoretická část se věnuje shrnutí v současnosti dostupných a používaných technologií pro chlazení mléka a jejich podrobnému popisu. V praktické části práce je provedeno experimentální měření využití předchladičů pro chlazení mléka. Naměřené hodnoty jsou statisticky zpracovány a z jejich výsledků jsou vyhodnoceny závěry. Výsledkem je doporučení pro podniky v zemědělském provozu a vyčíslení energetických úspor při použití předchladičů. Diploma thesis „Energy savings in milk cooling using precoolers" deals with problems of precoolers and their using in milk cooling and related energy savings. The theoretical part is devoted to a summary of currently available and used technologies for milk cooling and their detailed description. In the practical part of the thesis there is an experimental measurement of the use of precoolers for milk cooling. The measured values are statistically processed and conclusions are evaluated from their results. The result is recommendations for farm businesses and quantification of energy savings using pre-coolers.
