Tato práce se zabývá tématem environmentální spravedlnosti a návrhem a analýzou vstupů pro výpočet indexu environmentální spravedlnosti na příkladu města Brna. Je zde popsána problematika v oblasti životního prostředí a jednotlivé faktory narušující zdravý životní styl jako je hluková zátěž nebo znečištění ovzduší. Do indexu je také zaveden socioekonomický status obyvatelstva, který hraje důležitou roli při určování problematických oblastí. Dále jsou popsány vlivy zdrojů znečištění a řešení, která by omezila jejich stoupající trend. Naopak existují i benefity městských oblastí, které tyto zátěže pozitivně ovlivňují, patří mezi ně městská vegetace nebo vodní plochy. Součástí práce je také popis aktuální situace zmíněných zátěží a benefitů ve městě Brně a následuje analýza jednotlivých částí města. Výsledkem je tedy návrh na vytvoření indexu, který pomůže integrovat různé části města Brna a může přispět k vývoji plánovaných projektů jako je výstavba komunikací nebo jiných stavebních úprav. Tento index by mohl být velkým přínosem, jelikož je přenositelný v prostoru i čase a s využitím zmíněných dat by pomohl získat širší pohled na environmentální spravedlnost v jiných městech. This thesis deals with the investigation of environmental justice and the creation of an environmental justice index in Brno. It describes the environmental issues and the various factors that disturb a healthy lifestyle such as noise pollution or air pollution. The socio-economic status of the population, which plays an important role in identifying problematic areas, is also introduced into the index. It also describes the effects of pollution sources and solutions that would limit their rising trend. On the contrary, the benefits of urban areas that positively affect such burdens include urban vegetation or water areas. Part of the thesis is also the current situation of the mentioned burdens and benefits in the city of Brno, followed by the analysis of individual parts of the city. The result is the creation of an index that will help integrate different parts of the city of Brno and can contribute to the development of planned projects such as the construction of communications or building modifications. This index could be a great asset because it is transportable both in space and time and using the data would help to gain a broader view of environmental justice in other cities.
