Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv termínu a způsobu odlistění v zóně hroznů na zdravotní stav a kvalitu hroznů. Konkrétně bylo zkoumání provedeno u odrůdy Ryzlink rýnský a byly zkoumány kvalitativní parametry jako cukernatost, pH, titrovatelné kyseliny, obsah kyseliny vinné a jablečné. Odlistění bylo provedeno ve 4 termínech a 10 variantách a srovnáno s kontrolní neodlistěnou variantou. The thesis is focused on influence of defoliation in zone of grapes on the quality and health status of grapes. Specifically, investigation was done by variety Riesling and were examined qualitative parameters such as sugar content, pH, titratable acid, tartaric acid content and malic acid. Defoliation was performed 4 times and 10 variants and compared with a control option, where there were no leaves removed.
