[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spolupráci školního psychologa s učiteli. V teoretické části je definován vědní obor školní psychologie a osobnost školního psychologa. Kromě toho jsou zde popsány jeho služby, náplň práce a kompetence. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je poukázat na formy spolupráce učitelů se školními psychology, v jakých situacích spolu spolupracují nejčastěji, jak jejich spolupráce probíhá. Jsou zde zmíněny možné obavy, výhody či nevýhody při spolupráci s učiteli. Metody použité pro zpracování teoretické části jsou studium odborných literárních zdrojů, pedagogických časopisů, tvorba výpisků a jejich analýza, srovnávání a syntéza. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak školní psychologové vnímají spolu-práci s učiteli na středních školách, jaké byly jejich profesní začátky, ve kterých případech spolu spolupracují nejčastěji a jak tato spolupráce probíhá. Je zde uvedeno, co je pro psychology nejdůležitější ve spolupráci s učiteli. Metoda použitá pro zpracování praktické části je rozhovor. Respondenty jsou školní psychologové z vybraných středních škol Jihomoravského kraje a kraje Vysočiny. Data rozhovoru jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí otevřeného kódování. Klíčová slova Školní psycholog, spolupráce, učitel, klima školy, vztah školních psychologů a učitelů.The Bachelor's Thesis is focused on the cooperation of school psychologist with teachers. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the scientific field of school psychology and the personality of school psychologist. Furthermore, their service, work content and competence are described there. The main aim of the thesis is refer to the forms of cooperation between teachers and school psychologists, in which situations they work together most often and how their cooperation works. Possible concerns, advantages and disadvantages when cooperating with teachers are mentioned there. The methods used for creating the theoretical part are the studies of literature sources, pedagogical magazines, making a list of extracts and their subsequent analysis, comparison and synthesis. The main aim of the practical part is to identify how school psychologists perceive the cooperation with teachers at secondary schools, what their professional beginnings were, in which cases they work together most often and how the cooperation works. The most important steps for psychologists related to the cooperation with teachers are stated there. The method used for making the practical part is an interview. The respondents are school psychologists from selected secondary schools situated in the South Moravian Region and the Vysočina Region. The gained data from the interview is evaluated through open coding.
