Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dojížďky za prací v Kraji Vysočina a jejím vlivem na formování pracovních regionů. Cílem práce je odhalení hlavních změn v prostorové organizaci tohoto typu dojížďky a proměn regionalizačních procesů pracovní dojížďkou podmíněných a to na základě analýzy údajů ze SLDB 2001 a 2011 a skrze vlastní regionalizaci a vymezení pracovních mikroregionů na území kraje. Pro komplexnější pochopení geografických aspektů dojížďky za prací je pro sociogeografickou regionalizaci na základě dat ze sčítání 2011 využito tří regionalizačních metod používajících částečně odlišná regionalizační kritéria a jejich následné porovnání z pohledu identifikace výsledných pracovních mikroregionů. Diskutovány jsou také metodické změny jednotlivých cenzů (2001 a 2011) týkající se dojížďky do zaměstnání a zejména vliv těchto změn na výsledky předložené regionalizace. This diploma thesis is concerned with the analysis of a labour commuting in Vysočina region and its influence on forming labour regions. The aim of this thesis is to discover the main changes in the spatial organization of this commuting and the transformation of the regionalization processes conditioned by labour commuting on the basis of analysis of data from the census in 2001 and 2011 and through its own regionalization and delimitation of labour micro-regions in the Vysočina region. For a more comprehensive understanding of the geographic aspects of the labour commuting, there are used three regionalization methods, which use partially different regionalization criteria and their subsequent comparison from the point of view of the resulting micro-regions, for the socio-geographic regionalization based on data from the census in 2011. The methodological changes of individual censuses (2001 and 2011) concerning commuting to work are also discussed, and especially the impact of these changes on the results of the submitted regionalization.
