Tato bakalářská práce je věnována analýze poskytování podpor na snižování energetické náročnosti budov. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy, související legislativu a možnosti získání podpory. Praktická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou vývoje objemu zvýhodněných úvěrů na obnovu a zateplení na Slovensku a v Česku. Také porovnáním situací mezi Českem a Slovenskem. V práci jsou vypočteny odhady pro budoucí vývoj. Použitá data pocházejí z ročenek státních fondů rozvoje bydlení, ročenek programu Zelená úsporám a internetových stránek EkoFondu a Environmentálního fondu. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of providing support to reduce energy consumption of buildings. The theoretical part explains the terms, related legislation and support options. The practical part deals with the characteristic of the volume development of the soft loans for the reconstruction and insulation in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. This thesis also compares the situation between Czech and Slovak. In the thesis are calculated estimates of future performance. The used data come from the annual reports of State Housing Development Funds, annual reports of The Green Investment Scheme Programe and websites of EkoFond and Environmental Fund.
