Práce pojednává o historii, pravidlech pěstování a podmínkách při zpracování hroznů mešních a košer vín. Obsahuje výčet výrobců mešních a košer vín v České republice. V souvislosti se židovskou kulturou jsou zde popsány významné svátky a jejich spojitosti s gastronomií. The work deals with the history, rules of cultivation and conditions for processing grape grapes and kosher wines. It contains a list of producers of liturgical and kosher wines in the Czech Republic. In connection with Jewish culture, important holidays and their connections with gastronomy are described here.
