Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem stanoviště a agrotechniky na výnosové prvky a kvalitu pšenice ozimé. Ve spolupráci s firmou AGRO 2000 s.r.o. byl v roce 2019 ve třech dílčích podnicích založen pokus se čtyřmi odrůdami pšenice ozimé – Ponticus, Viriato, Steffi a Avenue. Byl sledován vliv lokality, ročníku a jakostní skupiny na výnos a vybrané kvalitativní parametry zrna pšenice ozimé. Bylo prokázáno, že odrůda, lokalita s různými podmínkami a průběh ročníku zásadně ovlivnily výnos a kvalitu pšenice ozimé. Odrůdy vykazovaly rozmanité výsledky jak ve výnosu, tak v těchto kvalitativních parametrech: objemová hmotnost, obsah mokrého lep-ku, obsah dusíkatých látek, sedimentační index, pádové číslo, hmotnost tisíce zrn a podíl plných zrn. This bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of location and agrotechnics on yield components and quality of winter wheat. During 2019 and 2020 an experiment with four different samples of winter wheat – Ponticus, Viriato, Steffi and Avenue was performed in cooperation with the company AGRO 2000 s.r.o. in three separate enterprises. The influence of location, year and quality group on yield and specific qualitative parameters of winter wheat had been examined. It has been proven that variety, location with different conditions and course of the year had fundamentally influenced the yield and quality of winter wheat. The varieties had various results in yield as well as in following qualitative parameters: seed volume weight, amount of wet gluten, nitrogenous substances content, sedimentation index, falling number, thousand grains weight and share of full grains.
