Diplomová práce pojednává o správnosti postupu zřízení a následné organizaci floristické obchodní jednotky. V práci jsou popsány způsoby zřízení firmy a také možnosti jejího financování. Práce definuje základní důležité pojmy v podnikání a při řízení firmy, vymezuje také kontrolní orgány, které kontrolují a dohlíží na provoz firmy. Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocená anketa o způsobech podnikání a financování firmy v praxi, dále je součástí práce vytvořená studijní příručka, která slouží jako pomocný materiál pro začínající a stálé podnikatele ve floristickém oboru. This diploma thesis deals with proper procedures of establishment and further organization of a floristic business unit. The thesis describes various ways of a company foundation and different options of its financing. The thesis outlines the basic but important concepts of this specific business and the management, as well as defines the control authorities that supervise the operations of the company. The outcome of the thesis is the evaluation of survey focused on ways of doing business and financing the company in practice. The other part of the thesis contains a study guide, which serves as instrumental guideline for beginners as well as for the constant entrepreneurs in the floristic field.
