Obsahem diplomové práce je posouzení vlivu jednoho z houbových patogenů, způsobujících závažné onemocnění nazývané černání paty kmínku, na podnožovou odrůdu často používanou českými a moravskými vinohradníky. Tímto patogenem je houba Dactylonectria torresensis, jejíž patogenicita byla poprvé zkoumána v podmínkách České republiky. V první polovině literární části se seznamujeme s chorobami kmínků révy, se symptomy a patogeny. Druhá polovina čerpá z výzkumů, které vedly k objevení Dactylonectria torresensis. Praktická část obsahuje výčet použitého materiálu a popis postupu při založení a vyhodnocení pokusu. V následné části jsou porovnány inokulované a kontrolní vzorky a vyhodnocena zjištěná data. The objective of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the effect of one of fungal pathogens that causes a serious disease called black foot disease on the rootstock variety that is often used by Czech and Moravian viticulturalists. This fungal pathogen is Dactylonectria torresensis, the pathogenicity of which has been investigated in the conditions of the Czech Republic for the first time. In the first half of the theoretical part, we become acquainted with grapevine trunk diseases, with symptoms and pathogens. The second half of the theoretical part draws upon the research that has led to the discovery of Dactylonectria torresensis. The practical part includes a list of the materials used and the description of the procedure when establishing and evaluating the trial. In the following part, the inoculated and control samples have been compared and the observed data have been evaluated.
