Bakalářská práce pojednává o způsobu vzniku finálních hybridů prasat a jejich následné produkci. Na začátku práce je popsána masná užitkovost se zaměřením na kvantitativní a kvalitativní znaky jatečné hodnoty. Poté jsou rozepsány faktory působící na masnou užitkovost. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na šlechtění a hybridizaci. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé metody hybridizace a poté jsou charakterizována plemena používaná v hybridizačním programu. Třetí část práce se zabývá hybridizačním programem, principem fungování a rozdělením na jednotlivé chovy. Dále je popsán český hybridizační program CzePig a následně zahraniční hybridizační programy DanBred, PIC a Topigs Norsvin. V Závěru bakalářské práce je provedeno zhodnocení Českého i Evropských hybridizačních programů. The bachelor thesis discusses the methods of formation final hybrids of pigs and their subsequent production. At the beginning of the thesis is described meat utility with a focus on quantitative and qualitative traits of carcass value. Then are described the factors affecting the meat production. The second part of the thesis focuses on breeding and hybridization. After that, the individual methods of hybridization are described and then are characterized the breeds used in the hybridization program. The third part of the thesis deals with the hybridization program, the principle of operation and division into individual breeding systems. Thereafter the Czech hybridization program CzePig is described and is followed by foreign hybridization programs DanBred, PIC and Topigs Norsvin. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is an evaluation of the Czech and European hybridization programs.
