V práci jsou shrnuty základní informace o evropských fondech, skrze které se uskutečňuje politika hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti EU. Následuje určení cílů této politiky a charakteristika operačních programů, konkrétně tematických a regionálních. Je specifikován region, ve kterém byly analyzovány dopady čerpání dotací za programové období 2007 - 2013. V druhé části práce je sledován vývoj indikátorů, pomocí kterých jsou zhodnoceny dopady čerpání dotací na danou oblast. The thesis sums up the basic information about the European funds, through which is realized the cohesion policy EU. Then are determined the policy's targets and a characteristic of the operational programmes, exactly thematic and regional. There is specified a region, where were analysed the impacts of the subsidies for the programming period 2007 - 2013. The next section monitors a development of indicators by which are evaluated the impacts in the region.
