Literární přehled této bakalářské práce se zabývá tvorbou ucelené kompilace vybraných států zpracovávající odrůdu Ryzlink rýnský – základní informace, půdní a klimatické podmínky, informace o pěstování Ryzlinku rýnské v daném státu a popisu vybrané oblasti, ze které byly pořízeny vzorky pro praktickou část. Praktická část práce se zabývala chemickou a senzorickou analýzou vzorků vín. Byly provedeny základní chemické rozbory s následným využitím analyzátoru vína ALPHA. Senzorická analýza vína strukturu a mohutnost vína, spolu s aromatickým profilem. Ve vínech z ročníků 2018–2021 byly zaznamenány statistické rozdíly ve složení a mnoha dalších parametrech. The literary review of this bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a comprehensive compilation of selected states processing the Rhine Riesling variety - basic information, soil and climatic conditions, information of the cultivation of Rhine Riesling in the chosen state and a description of the selected area from which wine samples were taken for the practical part. The practical part of the work dealt with the chemical and sensory analysis of wine samples. Basic chemical analyses were provided and lately was used the ALPHA wine analyser. Sensory analysis of the wine structure, body, and aromatic profile. Statistical differences in composition and many other parameters were noted in the wines from the 2018-2021 vintages.
