V bakalářské práci je zkoumána problematika koupě obchodního podílu ve společnosti Alibona, a.s. Nejdříve je zhodnocena aktuální situace společnosti. Pro zhodnocení vlivu faktorů v odvětví, ve kterém se společnost nachází, je využit Porterův model pěti hybných sil. Finanční zdraví společnosti je posouzeno v rámci finanční analýzy poměrových ukazatelů, kde jsou výstupy u společnosti Alibona, a.s. porovnány s výsledky u společností v podnikatelském seskupení a s daty za odvětví Výroba potravinářských výrobků. Následně je stanovena prognóza budoucího vývoje společnosti Alibona, a.s. V závěru analytické části práce je určena hodnota společnosti a jsou navrhnuta doporučení ohledně koupě obchodního podílu. The bachelor thesis examines the issue of the purchase of a business share in Public Limited Company Alibona. First, the current situation of the company is evaluated. Porter's Five Forces model is used to evaluate the influence of factors in the industry in which the company is located. The company's financial health is assessed in a financial analysis. The outputs of Public Limited Company Alibona are compared with the results of companies in the business group and with data for the Food Products Manufacturing sector. Subsequently, a forecast of the future development of Public Limited Company Alibona is made. At the end of the analytical part of this thesis, the company's value is determined, and recommendations regarding the purchase of the business share are proposed.
