Diplomová práce se zabývá udržovací péči vegetačních prvků v městském prostředí, vynaloženými náklady a možností jejich snížení. Práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti managementu městské zeleně, typologie a nástrojů správy zeleně. Dále se věnuje standardním přístupům v péči o městskou zeleň, současným trendům v zakládání a péči o vegetační prvky a porovnává udržovací péči u jednotlivých typů vegetačních prvků s možností její extenzifikace. V praktické části jsou v modelovém území zdokumentované vegetační prvky, vykalkulované náklady na jejich udržovací péči a vypracovaný metodický postup na proměnu vybraných typů vegetačních prvků na prvky s nižšími náklady na udržovací péči. Výsledkem práce je porovnání nákladnosti udržovací péče vybraných prvků a návratnost investice proměny vegetačních prvků. This diploma thesis deals with the maintenance of vegetation elements in the urban environment, the costs spent and the possibilities of their reduction. The thesis includes the definition of basic concepts of urban greenery management, typology and greenery management tools. It also deals with standard urban greenery management approaches, current trends in planting and maintenance of vegetation elements, and compares the maintenance of vegetation elements with the possibility of their extensification. In the practical part are documented vegetation elements in the model area, the calculated costs of their maintenance, and the methodology for the transfer of individual types of vegetation elements to elements with lower maintenance costs. The conclusion and the result of the thesis is the comparison of the maintenance cost of selected vegetation elements with and the investment return of the transformation of the vegetation elements.
