Bakalářská práce se zabývá rešeršním zpracováním technologických procesů broušení rovinných, rotačních a tvarových ploch, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé styly a metodika broušení. Uvedeny jsou typické příklady obrobku zhotovených touto metodikou. Dále se zabývá přehledem dokončovacích metod v přesném strojírenství. Jsou popsány jednotlivé metody dokončovacích operací, jako je lapování, superfinišování, honování, leštění. U dokončovacích metod jsou uvedeny typické příklady obrobků, které jsou pomocí těchto procesů zhotovovány. Uvedeny jsou řezné podmínky a nástroje pro strojní broušení. U dokončovacích metod jsou též prezentovány pracovní rychlosti nástrojů, které ovlivňují celkové dosahované hodnoty u obrobku. Dosahuje se určitého stupně jakosti, přesnosti a drsnosti povrchu. Všechny uvedené metody se řadí mezi standartní operace využívané v přesném strojírenství. The bachelor's thesis is written as a recherche elaboration on technological processes of grinding of planar, rotary and form surfaces, where the individual styles and grinding methodology are described. Typical examples of workpieces made by this methodology are given. It also deals with an overview of finishing methods in precision engineering. The individual methods of finishing operations such as lapping, superfinishing, honing, polishing are described. For finishing methods, typical examples of workpieces that are made using these processes are given. Cutting conditions and tools for machine grinding are presented. And also for finishing methods, the working speeds of the tools are presented, which affect the total achieved workpiece values. A certain degree of quality, accuracy and surface roughness is achieved. All these methods are among the standard operations used in precision engineering.
