Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl identifikovat význam a roli českého předsednictví v kontextu rusko-ukrajinského konfliktu, který významně ovlivnil agendu předsednictví. Práce hodnotí úsilí České republiky při prosazování společného postupu Evropské unie (EU) v řešení konfliktu a analyzuje úspěchy či neúspěchy českého předsednictví v této oblasti. Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na teoretický rámec předsednictví nezbytný pro zasazení tématu do kontextu, a poté analyzuje program českého předsednictví a jeho reálné naplnění. Práce pomocí metody literární rešerše třídí širokou škálu zdrojů, včetně odborné literatury, primárních dokumentů Evropské unie, zpráv české vlády a dalších relevantních zdrojů, aby poskytla komplexní a objektivní pohled na danou problematiku. The thesis aims to identify the significance and role of the Czech Presidency in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which has significantly influenced the Presidency's agenda. The thesis assesses the Czech Republic's efforts in promoting a common European Union (EU) approach to the conflict and analyses the successes or failures of the Czech Presidency in this area. The thesis first focuses on the theoretical framework of the Presidency necessary to put the topic in context, and then analyses the Czech Presidency's agenda and its actual implementation. Using the method of literature search, the thesis sorts through a wide range of sources, including academic literature, primary documents of the European Union, reports of the Czech government and other relevant sources to provide a comprehensive and objective view of the issue.
