Tato diplomová práce se zabývá definováním defektů na Vitis vinifera, jejich zdokumentováním a následným vytvořením softwaru, který by byl schopný jednotlivé defekty rozlišit a správně určit. Literární část je věnována detailnímu popisu defektů, chorob a poškození Vitis vinifera, se zaměřením na jejich vnější projev na keřích a jednotlivých částech keře vinné révy, dále také informacím o softwaru. V praktické části je popsán postup získávání dat, jejich úprava a zpracování. Také je v této části uvedena charakteristika sledovaných defektů v praxi. Dále je zde zahrnut způsob vytváření softwaru a práce s ním a to včetně přesnosti určení defektu softwarem. Výsledky zahrnují doporučený způsob pořizování fotografií a vhodný postup sběru dat ve vinohradu, dále také připomínky a doporučení k tomuto tématu. This dissertation examines how to define and document the defects on the Vitis vinifera and covers the subsequent creation of a software that would be able to distinguish defects and identify them correctly. Theoretical part of this dissertation deals with a detailed description of defects, diseases and other types of damage of Vitis vinifera, focusing on their external exhibition on shrubs and individual parts of grapevine plants. In experimental part of this dissertation, the procedure of data acquisition, the data editing, and labelling is described. Moreover, the characteristics of the observed defects in practice is presented in this section. This section also includes a method for creating and working with the software, including the accuracy of software defect prediction performance. The results include the recommended way of taking photos as well as the appropriate procedure for collecting data in the vineyard, furthermore, the results include the comments and various recommendations regarding this topic.
