Cílem práce bylo provedení stavebně technického průzkumu rozsáhlého statku v obci Jílovice. Stavba byla zaměřena a byla vytvořena výkresová dokumentace. Do výkresů byly zakreslovány zjištěné poruchy a sloužily také jako základní podklady pro posouzení současného stavu z hlediska dispozice objektu. Na základě vyhodnocení stavebně technického průzkumu byla navržena sanační opatření. V souladu s požadavky majitele byly vypracovány dvě studie na změnu dispozice, které odpovídají zvýšeným potřebám na užívání. The aim of the thesis was to conduct a structural and technical survey of a large farmhouse in the village of Jílovice. The construction was gauged and drawing documentation was created. The detected defects were drawn in the drawings and served as a fundamental basis for assessing the current condition in terms of the layout of the building. Based on the evaluation of the structural and technical survey, remediation measures were proposed. In accordance with the owner's requirements, two studies have been designed to change the layout, which meet the increased needs for use.
