Bakalářská práce rozebírá odbornou rešerši na téma botanické zahrady a arboreta České republiky. Shromažďuje ucelené informace o existenci současných botanických zahrad a arboret. Detailně popisuje autorkou osobně navštívenou Botanickou zahradu hlavního města Prahy, Botanickou zahradu Přírodovědecké fakulty univerzity Karlovy v Praze, Botanickou zahradu Přírodovědecké fakulty Masarykovy univerzity, Botanickou zahradu a Arboretum Mendelovy univerzity v Brně a Arboretum Nový Dvůr, a to z pohledu jejich historie přes současnost až po perspektivu. V závěru porovnává a vyhodnocuje získaná data. Text byl zpracován na základě studia odborné literatury, aktuálních internetových zdrojů a osobních konzultací s danými institucemi. Autorkou byla pořízena fotografická dokumentace, která zobrazuje zajímavé taxony v jednotlivých botanických zahradách a arboretech. The bachelor thesis analyzes a professional research on botanical gardens and arboreta in the Czech Republic. It gathers comprehensive information on the existence of current botanical gardens and arboreta. It describes in detail Prague Botanical Garden, Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague, Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University in Brno, Botanical Garden and the Arboretum of Mendel University in Brno and the Nový Dvůr Arboretum, which were all visited by the author, from the point of their history to their present and their perspective. In the end, it compares and evaluates the acquired data. The text was elaborated on the basis of the study of professional literature, up-to-date Internet resources and personal consultations with the institutions. The photographic documentation, which shows interesting taxons in individual botanical gardens and arboreta, was taken by the author.
